Will Armen Gevorgyan Be Arrested? The Court is Deciding
The court is currently reviewing the petition for the arrest of former deputy prime minister and ex-head of the presidential administration, Armen Gevorgyan. This was reported to Tert.am by the Special Investigation Service.

Gevorgyan, who served as the Secretary of the National Security Council on March 1, 2008, was charged in August with obstruction of justice under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the latest information, the hearing regarding the arrest of former deputy prime minister and ex-head of the presidential administration, Armen Gevorgyan, has been postponed and will continue tomorrow at 10:30.
It is worth noting that the head of the SIS, Sasun Khachatryan, previously stated that Armen Gevorgyan exerted pressure on a member of the Constitutional Court to make a decision regarding the appeal of the 2008 presidential election.
