Injured Eagle Rescued in Goris and Returned to Nature
On August 13, a call was received at the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ 112 operational management center regarding an injured eagle located in the garden of a resident on Mesrop Mashtots Street in Goris. A firefighting and rescue team from the Goris branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.
The rescuers transported the injured eagle to a safe location, provided care, and then, in collaboration with partners from the Environmental and Mining Inspectorate, returned it to its natural habitat. This beautiful act of care further highlights the commitment to wildlife protection.
