The Tavush Province prosecutor's office, within the framework of its authority to protect state interests, filed lawsuits with the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals for the compulsory termination of construction rights over two land plots located in the Dilijan National Park, with areas of 0.5 hectares and 1.25 hectares, valued at approximately 119.6 million dram.

This information was reported by the Prosecutor's Office. According to the rulings of the Anti-Corruption Court dated July 22 and 24, 2026, the Tavush Province prosecutor's claims have been upheld. After the decisions take legal effect, the construction rights for the aforementioned land plots will be revoked, and the lands measuring 0.5 hectares and 1.25 hectares within the territory of the Dilijan National Park will be returned to the control of the Republic of Armenia.
