Drivers Demand New Regulations Also Apply to Them

New regulations for the restoration of driving rights have not been extended to individuals forcibly displaced from Artsakh, as well as citizens who have been deprived of their driving rights in the Russian Federation. This was stated by drivers during a protest action held near the government building.
