Warning Statement from the U.S. Embassy in Armenia
The U.S. Embassy in Armenia advises that if you have lost your visa or it has been stolen, do not panic; instead, take immediate action.
"Report the loss to the police in the country where it occurred.
• Notify the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you plan to apply for a visa next.
• Complete a new DS-160 application and schedule an interview date and time.
It is important to note that a ‘seized’ visa is not considered a 'lost' visa; it is a document canceled by authorities and is no longer valid for travel," the statement reads.
