Donald Trump on Communications with Putin

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin but has not disclosed the details of their discussion.

Trump noted that he refuses to reveal the content of his latest conversation with Putin, but he has maintained communication with both Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the former president, he has mediated eight wars, and he believes the current conflict is the easiest to resolve. He expressed hope that the situation regarding Russia and Ukraine will be settled, as they are working towards that direction.

Additionally, Trump emphasized that the existing tension between the parties is obstructing negotiations. He called the hatred between Putin and Zelensky “absurd” and “insane,” adding that such animosity is detrimental when attempting to resolve any issue. Nevertheless, he expressed confidence that a solution will eventually be reached.
