Court Rejects Lawsuit Against Suspension of HEC License
The company Tashir Capital LLC contested the decision of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) to revoke the license of the HEC (High Electricity Company), arguing that the decisions to revoke the license and appoint a temporary state manager were made without adequate factual grounds and based on incorrect interpretations of the case circumstances.
Moments ago, the Administrative Court announced its verdict. Judge Lilit Sadoyan rejected Tashir Capital's lawsuit against the decision to suspend HEC's license.
