«Eh, Amsterdam/Rotterdam Didn’t Help Either»: Arayik Harutyunyan on the HEK Decision
The head of the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, addressed the recent decision by the Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal regarding the HEK case on his Facebook page.
“Eh, Amsterdam/Rotterdam didn’t help either. The Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal completely rejected all claims made by the Karapetyans related to the HEK case, concluding that the measures requested by them are unjustified,” wrote Harutyunyan.
It should be noted that earlier, the Armenian government announced that the Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal fully rejected the petition submitted by Liormand Holdings Limited, Samvel Karapetyan, Eteri Karapetyan, Sargis Karapetyan, and Karen Karapetyan (hereinafter referred to as the “Claimants”) on December 24, 2025.
