Opposition Forces Do Not Benefit from Peace, Ghazaryan
Member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, Alkhaz Ghazaryan, made a post on his Facebook page responding to a statement by Armen Rustamyan.
“Armen Rustamyan, from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, stated that peace is a 'balloon' and that the TRIPP project does not stem from the sovereignty of Armenia and, ultimately, from the interests of the country, also noting that they would renegotiate it if they came to power. It has been mentioned multiple times that these opposition circles do not benefit from peace and the strengthening of Armenia's capabilities and sovereignty. This statement once again proves that peace is a serious threat to the political existence of these forces, and they do everything possible to discredit the agendas for peace and the strengthening of Armenia's sovereignty, as they serve other agendas where, as their political and ideological partners state, Armenia should not be sovereign. We will not allow that,” wrote Ghazaryan.
