More Than 50 Mosques Burned During Protests in Iran: Details
During the protests in Iran, 53 mosques and 180 ambulances have been burned, according to TASS, citing documents provided by the Iranian embassy in Russia.
The documents state that 26 banks and 25 mosques were set ablaze in Tehran alone. The embassy also mentioned that protesters have sought revenge against the injured. An example is given where a group of volunteers offered to assist the wounded, but all 11 victims were later found deceased.
