Father Mkrtich Khahana Mushadyan Joins Statement of Prime Minister and Ten Bishops
Father Mkrtich Khahana Mushadyan has joined the statement on the reform of the Armenian Apostolic Church, which was accepted by the Prime Minister of Armenia and ten bishops.
“I, Father Mkrtich Khahana Mushadyan, welcome the reform statement of the Armenian Apostolic Church, accepted by the Prime Minister of Armenia and ten bishops, and I support and join the statement on reform,” it is stated on the Facebook page “Reform of the Armenian Apostolic Church.”
It is noteworthy that a few days ago, the Prime Minister announced the formation of a Coordinating Council, which will be entrusted with the organizational functions of the reform of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Its composition can be expanded by the unanimous decision of the Coordinating Council. The head of state has called upon the public and clergy to join the reform agenda of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
