Aliyev: If Sanctions Were Imposed on a Poor Country Like Armenia, Occupation Would Have Stopped
Today, wars, clashes, and conflicts continue in various parts of the world. International organizations and influential countries immediately resort to the imposition of sanctions, which have a significant impact. This was stated by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
“Especially, if sanctions were imposed on such a small and poor country, one could even say a destitute country like Armenia, it would have definitely stopped the occupation. However, not only were no sanctions applied, but on the contrary, some provided them with free weapons worth not millions, but billions of dollars,” noted President Ilham Aliyev.
