Russia Does Not Plan to Attack NATO and EU Countries, Says Foreign Ministry
Russia does not intend to attack NATO and European Union countries. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov during a discussion at the Valdai International Discussion Club on the topic of “(Non)strategic Stability 2025: International Security Results from One Year.”
According to Ryabkov, the Russian Federation does not pursue the aggressive goals that are often attributed to it by Western countries. He emphasized that Moscow's position is based on the principles of equal and indivisible security.
The diplomat also recalled Russian President Vladimir Putin's statement, noting that Moscow is even ready to legally enshrine this position in the context of a possible resolution of the current crisis.
