Armenia is Important for the European Union, Says Romanian Foreign Minister
There are extensive opportunities for expanding cooperation with Armenia aimed at strengthening the country's stability and viability. Romanian Foreign Minister Oana-Silvia Tăric announced this on her microblog.
According to her, a detailed exchange of ideas took place during the meetings of EU Foreign Ministers, involving Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan as well as other EU foreign ministers.
“It was emphasized that Armenia is important for the European Union. There are broad opportunities to expand cooperation to enhance Armenia's stability and viability. We expressed our support for all efforts aimed at establishing sustainable peace and prosperity in the South Caucasus,” wrote Tăric.
She also noted that Romania will continue its work at the bilateral level to further develop relations with Armenia.
