Criminal Case Against Grigori Khachaturyan Closed, Lawyer Confirms
The Anti-Corruption Court has granted the motion of Grigori Khachaturyan's lawyers, concluding the criminal proceedings against the major general. This information was confirmed by his lawyer, Hakob Yenokyan.
According to Yenokyan, the statute of limitations had expired, which prompted them to request the closure of the case.
The case has been closed solely concerning Khachaturyan, while the overall criminal case, of which Khachaturyan was one of the accused, remains open.
It is noteworthy that the case also involves Seyran Ohanyan, Manuk Vardanyan, Norayr Karapetyan, Armen Gevorgyan, Edgar Arshakyan, and Hakob Martirosyan.
