New Details on the Case of the Head of the Communal Department and Advisor of the Gyumri Municipality

In Gyumri, during the investigation of a criminal case initiated due to mass disturbances, one of the two arrested individuals has been placed under pre-trial detention, while the other is under house arrest, with bail set, suspension from duty, and a ban on leaving the country enforced. It is noteworthy that Artem Mkrtchyan, the head of the Gyumri Municipality’s Communal Department, and his advisor, Karapet Ghukasyan, have been arrested.

During the pre-investigation of the criminal case concerning mass disturbances in Gyumri, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against four individuals, two of whom have been detained.
