Certification System Creates Unequal Conditions in Armed Forces, Seyran Ohanyan
The leader of the "Armenia" faction in the National Assembly and former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan has stated that the certification system creates unequal conditions in the armed forces. According to him, commanders receive high salaries, which is acceptable, but it is essential to ensure that troops, especially those serving on the front lines, also receive high salaries.
Ohanyan emphasized that payment increases in various power structures have occurred without additional conditions, while soldiers serving on the borders are required to pass tests for additional payments. He pointed out that these tests relate to command training.
