Dear compatriots, the ruling party, 'Civil Contract,' emphasizes its special responsibility for the development of the country's political environment, atmosphere, and culture.

Based on this responsibility, the CC Executive Board has adopted a Code of Ethics for the party, which establishes internal standards. With this, the party announces its step out of the sphere of insults, personal targeting, and offensive language, and reaffirms its commitment to high standards of decency.

Therefore, when the party does not respond to insults or offensive language in kind, it is requested that this not be perceived as a weakness or fear, but rather as adherence to the adopted Code of Ethics.
