Baku's Position Remains Unchanged: Azerbaijani Expert

Azerbaijan's position remains the same: to have an unobstructed and rapid transit. This was stated by an Azerbaijani expert who is participating in the forum organized by the 'Orbeli' Center in Yerevan.

“It is important that the population of Nakhchivan, who have suffered from nearly four decades of conflict, also benefits from this. They too deserve to see the dividends of peace between the two countries,” he noted.

The expert added that Azerbaijan is ready to discuss the technical and legal details of opening communications, provided that these ensure free and safe passage between the two countries.
