There Are Two Solutions to the Current Situation: Robert Kocharyan

The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, is convinced that there are two solutions to the current situation. We can either expand the projects with the United States or part ways with them.

“If the project cannot be expanded to benefit Yerevan, then we must consider the second option. We can thank Washington and say, 'We will build the road ourselves; it will carry the name 'Trump's Road' as before, but its control will be exercised by the Republic of Armenia, which will solve critical issues with Iran.' Iran has 7 borders with different countries, and only at the border with Armenia will Americans appear,” Kocharyan said during a meeting with journalists.

“Bravo. If anyone thinks that they are happy about this in Iran, they should brace for deep disappointment. Making such a decision is extremely risky for the Republic of Armenia,” Kocharyan concluded.
