20,000 USD: The Declaration of the Armavir Governor
The newspaper "Pakti" reports: "Armavir Governor Hambardzum Matevosyan has declared an apartment, while there are no data regarding movable property. This information is obtained from the document published on the official website of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials.
It should be noted that Hambardzum Matevosyan was appointed to the position of Armavir Governor in October 2018. As of the day he took office, his monetary assets totaled 20,000 USD and 650,000 AMD. The income received from January 1 until the day he assumed official duties amounted to 4,847,048 AMD, which was generated from his salary.
According to the published biographical data, from 2011 to 2012, H. Matevosyan was the coordinator of the international student department at Grossmont College in California, USA. From 2013 to 2014, he was responsible for the European market at Keramresurs LLC in Donetsk, Ukraine. From 2013 to 2015, he served as the advisor to the Honorary Consul of Armenia in Donetsk, Ukraine, and from 2016 to 2018, he was the manager of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the American University of Armenia and an advisor on general education.
