Iran supports the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian during the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
He expressed hope that this will lead to long-term outcomes and become a basis for improving relations between the two neighboring countries. Moreover, he emphasized that Iran has always been an advocate for peace and friendship.
