Ara Nranian Elected as Member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission
The National Assembly has elected Ara Nranian as a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission.
It should be noted that Nranian was elected through a closed secret ballot. Narek Babayan, the chairman of the counting commission of the National Assembly, reported that out of 107 parliamentarians, 89 participated in the vote. Ara Nranian's candidacy received 88 votes in favor and 1 against.
Nranian's candidacy was proposed by the opposition factions ‘Hayastan’ and ‘Pativ Unem’.
