New App to Monitor Migrants to Launch in Moscow
Starting from September 1, a new application to monitor migrants will be launched in Moscow.
“Through a QR code, the police can know everything about a migrant – when they arrived, for how long, where they work, and whether there are any immigration violations. If the violation is marked as red, the police must detain them. If it is green, there are no questions,” said Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.
