The Signing of the Agreement Between Armenia and Azerbaijan is One of the Phases of Issue Resolution: Sergey Lebedev
The Secretary General of the CIS, Sergey Lebedev, hopes that the documents signed in Washington between Armenia and Azerbaijan will completely regulate the relations between the two countries.
According to him, the peace agreement will allow for more comprehensive sessions of the CIS's highest bodies to take place in the region of these republics.
“We believe that this is one of the phases on the path to a final resolution of the conflict and the signing of a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” he said.
