Oman has abolished visa requirements for Armenian citizens. This was announced by the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The government of Oman, highly appreciating the decision of the Armenian government to unilaterally exempt Omani citizens from the visa requirement for entry into Armenia, has decided to mutually exempt Armenian citizens from the visa requirement for entry into Oman starting from August 11,” the statement said.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that short-term visits will enhance tourism ties and interpersonal connections between the two countries.
