If Roads are Opened for Azerbaijan, They are Also Opened for Armenia: Rubinyan
The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “Any agreement that Armenia engages in will include unblocking based on sovereignty, territorial integrity, and jurisdiction. This means that all roads and infrastructures passing through Armenia will be under our full sovereignty and jurisdiction, within the framework of our territorial integrity, and everything will operate in accordance with our legislation.
— Unblocking based on reciprocity. This means that if roads are opened for Azerbaijan, they will also be opened for Armenia with mutual benefits. This is the truth. There is no need to pay attention to the whining coming from outside and inside that is instructed from abroad. As for genuine concerns, they will surely be addressed after additional official information is provided,” wrote the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan.
