Penalties Will Be Imposed for Failing to Pay Fares: Details
Today, employees of the Public Order Protection Service of the Yerevan City Administration conducted inspections in public transport. This information was reported by the Yerevan City Administration.
"From now on, the monitoring activities organized by the Public Order Protection Service in public transport will be carried out on a daily basis. Penalties set by law will be imposed for failing to pay fares," the announcement stated.
It is reminded that Yerevan Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan had mentioned that for the second day, inspectors are conducting checks in transport. Citizens who have exhibited irresponsible behavior will now be compelled to exhibit responsible conduct.
