Explosions Rock Tehran Following Iran's Retaliatory Strikes Against Israel
Explosions have been heard in Tehran, the capital of Iran, following the country’s retaliatory strikes directed at Israel, according to a correspondent from RIA Novosti. Reports from several Iranian portals indicate that the sounds originated from the southeastern part of the city.
Earlier, it was reported that Iran launched over 150 ballistic missiles toward Israel from positions in Isfahan and Shiraz. It is noteworthy that on the morning of June 13, the Israeli Defense Forces carried out airstrikes on Iran's nuclear facilities and residential buildings. The attacks resulted in the deaths of senior Iranian military personnel and scientists in the nuclear sector.
