A Minor Offense Can Lead to Visa Denial, Says US Embassy in Armenia
A criminal conviction can deny an individual the opportunity to enter the United States. This was revealed by the US Embassy in Armenia.
“A criminal conviction can prevent an individual from entering the United States, and even the commission of a minor crime can be grounds for visa denial,” the statement noted.
