Baku and Moscow maintain normal and good relations. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Bayramov, as reported by Azerbaijani sources.
“Baku and Moscow have different opinions on this matter. There are instances where opinions differ. For example, regarding the war in Ukraine. Azerbaijan's policy is built on the recognition of countries' territorial integrity, including Ukraine's,” Bayramov noted. He added, “In general, Azerbaijan is in favor of friendship, upon which economic and political relations depend.”
