We Have Countermeasures for the USA: Ursula von der Leyen

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has confirmed the readiness to continue negotiations with the USA at various levels to resolve the tariff issue through dialogue, without resorting to countermeasures.

“We are ready for negotiations. In parallel, we are preparing possible countermeasures, but we prefer to find a solution through negotiations,” said the President of the European Commission.

It should be noted that US President Donald Trump had announced a proposal to impose reciprocal tariffs on imports from other countries.
