Loud Music and Unnecessary Horns from Cars Will Lead to High Fines, Says Simonyan
The Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, announced on his Telegram channel: ‘Loud music from cars and the frequent use of horns at all hours of the day in Yerevan and other cities, as well as the replacement of mufflers to achieve louder sounds, should receive a stricter legislative response. This includes confiscation of the audio systems and horns of violators, accompanied by substantial fines. I have already started working on this legislative regulation with my colleagues,’ he wrote.
