Galustyan Comments on Inclusion in EU's Anti-Russian Sanctions
Humorist and actor Mikhail Galustyan has commented on reports of his inclusion in the list of individuals subject to EU's anti-Russian sanctions. Galustyan made the remarks in an interview with gazeta.ru.
"This was completely unexpected for me. Apparently, European politicians have nothing better to do if they are imposing sanctions on people who bring joy and smiles to the public, including actors, cultural figures, comedians, and satirists," he stated.
It is noteworthy that 48 individuals have been added to the EU's 'blacklist,' including Russian-Armenian billionaire Albert Avdolyans and humorist Mikhail Galustyan himself. Galustyan emphasized that he brings joy to people, yet has now become a victim of persecution.
