Which Countries Is Ukraine Seeking Security Guarantees From?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Ukraine is striving to receive security guarantees from the United States, European countries, and Turkey. "If Turkey can provide Ukraine with the necessary security guarantees, we would like it to be involved in this process as well," the president stated during his visit to Ankara.

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine will never compromise on its territorial integrity or sovereignty and stated that he cannot act against Ukraine's Constitution. "We will never, under any circumstances, recognize our temporarily occupied territories as part of Russia. They are part of Ukraine," the head of state stressed.

At the same time, Zelensky reaffirmed Ukraine's commitment to returning the occupied territories through diplomatic means.
