Diplomatic Relations with Turkey: Pashinyan's Vision
Armenia must be able to establish diplomatic relations with Turkey. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
“We are also working in this direction. People usually ask me whether I am optimistic or pessimistic about this issue. I would say that I am neither optimistic nor pessimistic. I am pragmatic. I simply understand that we need to work until the problem is resolved. The main and, I believe, the most important thing is that we do not get distracted from the peace agenda. We must focus on our goals and continue to work without surrendering or getting discouraged. In this case, we need the support of the international community, and I hope that such support will be provided,” stated the Prime Minister.
