Khachatryan on Property Tax for Vehicles Left in Artsakh
“During the last four years of military operations, we have dozens, if not hundreds of vehicles that were left at the sites of military actions and have disappeared. We also have vehicles that remained in the areas occupied by Azerbaijan during the attack on September 13-14, and there are still property taxes accumulating on these people's vehicles, despite the fact that those individuals do not possess, manage, or use those vehicles,” stated MP Armen Khachatryan from the ruling party today in parliament.
He emphasized that a norm should be established to address this issue for those individuals and proposed that this matter be regulated during the second reading.
