Cavusoglu Approached Us and Spoke About Peace: Andranik Kocharyan
During the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, former Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu interacted with members of the ruling Civil Contract party. This was reported by Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the National Assembly's Civil Contract faction, during a press briefing on December 17.
"We had contact with representatives of our so-called 'centuries-old enemy.' Cavusoglu approached us—me, Arusyak Julhakyan, and Vahagn Aleksanyan—and had a conversation; we did not initiate it, he came over and was discussing the plenary session," Kocharyan stated.
He added that Cavusoglu spoke about peace.
