VIDEO: Cuba's Electricity Grid Fails Again

Cuba's electricity grid, which completely shut down last Friday and was partially restored over the weekend, has failed again, reports the country's Minister of Energy and Mines.

The video shows local residents protesting due to the lack of electricity. Notably, Russia, along with Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, and Barbados, has offered assistance to Cuba regarding the collapse of its power supply system, and negotiations are underway to secure this aid, stated the head of Cuba's Foreign Ministry.
