Russia Responds to the 'Victory Program'
The Kremlin has responded to this program, stating that the peace plan proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is essentially a continuation of the U.S.-dictated policy of fighting to the last Ukrainian. This opinion was shared by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, during a conversation with reporters.
We previously reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is presenting the 'Victory Program' in the Rada today. According to the Ukrainian president, the plan consists of five points and three confidential additions. The first point is geopolitical, the second and third points are military, the fourth relates to the economy, and the fifth pertains to security.
