Durov Visits Occupied Artsakh
During his stay in Azerbaijan, Durov also visited the occupied territories of Artsakh.
Azerbaijani businessman and musician Emin Agalarov gave an interview to Russian journalist Ksenia Sobchak, revealing that Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, traveled to occupied Artsakh during his visit to Azerbaijan. “I know he was in the regions and traveled everywhere. He was in new territories—Nagorno-Karabakh. In other words, he traveled across the entire country,” said Agalarov, who was previously married to the daughter of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
It is worth mentioning that Durov's visit to Baku occurred in September. From there, he traveled to France, where he was detained.
