Iran's Vice President on Relations with Armenia
Iranian citizens residing in Armenia should strive to advance cooperation between the two countries in the long term. This was stated by Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Areif during a meeting with Iranian residents in Yerevan's Blue Mosque.
"Armenia holds a unique place in Iran's international relations; we have never had disagreements with our northern neighbor. Joint projects should be refined and implemented as soon as possible, despite the challenges. This can be achieved with Armenia as a good and stable partner, paving the way for the expansion of relations. The long-term interests of both sides will be secured," he said.
