"I believe the Minister of Justice has not read the Constitution": Kocharyan
Andranik Kocharyan, the head of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly of Armenia, expressed his belief that the Minister of Justice, Grigor Minasyan, has not read the Constitution.
Kocharyan criticized Minasyan for making a highly unacceptable and dangerous statement in the National Assembly, alleging that its members are engaged in deception.
"I believe that if Mr. Minasyan is to remain a minister, he should come here and provide an explanation," Kocharyan stated.
Some members of the ruling party have begun collecting signatures for a petition to dismiss Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, which will be submitted to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
