Unity and Cooperation: Lukashenko's Message on Armenia's Independence Day
Belarus emphasizes the importance of developing constructive relations with Armenia. This was stated in the congratulatory message of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day, as reported by TASS.
“Minsk will continue to advocate for the enlargement of respectful and constructive dialogue with Yerevan,” Lukashenko's words are quoted by his press service.
As noted by the Belarusian president, “Belarus and Armenia are bound by strong ties of friendship, common history, traditional family and Christian values.”
“Our citizens are united by the victory in the Great Patriotic War, the joint heroic overcoming of the aftermath of the Spitak earthquake, participation in integration structures, and close business partnerships,” the message emphasizes.
Lukashenko is convinced that “in the current circumstances, we must unite and cooperate.”
