Vladimir Pozner to Return to First Channel with New Show
Television host and journalist Vladimir Pozner will return to the First Channel. He will be the host of a new project. This was announced by the channel's general director Konstantin Ernst during the premiere of the first season on September 18, as reported by РБК.
The new show is titled "Turkish Notebook." The exact release date has not yet been disclosed.
Additionally, the show "Let Them Speak" will return to First Channel with an updated studio.
Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described Vladimir Pozner as a "very convincing, consistent, and civilly determined individual." In a lengthy interview with Forbes, Pozner admitted that he has received several job offers from Western media in the past two years. Cooperation was subject to several conditions, including Pozner making certain statements about politics and the President of the Russian Federation. In response, Pozner told Western television channels, "This is not journalism. This is something entirely different. I am not interested."
