Baku Identifies 'Most Serious Obstacle' to Peace Establishment with Armenia
The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, has expressed dissatisfaction and is demanding changes to Armenia's legislation. He stated, 'Despite significant progress in negotiations regarding the peace agreement, it was emphasized that the most serious obstacle to signing a final peace agreement is the continuation of territorial claims against Azerbaijan in a number of legal and political documents of Armenia, particularly in Armenia's Constitution.'
