Kocharian's Office Discusses Phone Call with Putin
On the birthday of President Kocharian, he received a phone call from the President of Russia, who congratulated him on his 70th anniversary. This information was confirmed in an interview with Bagrat Mikoyan, the head of the office of the second President of Armenia.
“I will not provide details, as the phone call was private. Vladimir Putin also sent a congratulatory telegram to Robert Kocharian through the Russian Ambassador in Armenia,” said Mikoyan.
