Peskov: 'We See How Tense the Situation Is There'
Russia is closely monitoring the tense situation in the United States but is not intervening, as has always been the case. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, during a press briefing, in response to the recent assassination attempt on Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
'That is not really our business,' the Kremlin representative said, adding, 'Of course, we are closely following the information coming from the U.S. We see how tense the situation is there, including among political rivals.'
Earlier, we reported that another assassination attempt had been carried out against U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump.
