Azerbaijan Sends Note to Russia
Azerbaijan has addressed the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding Azerbaijani citizens who were arrested in Chechnya and allegedly sent to the military operations zone in Ukraine. This information has been reported by Azerbaijani media.
It is reported that a note has been sent to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs concerning Azerbaijani citizens Nihad Rzaev, Elkhan Shirinov, and Vugar Mageramov, who were detained for migration-related reasons.
These Azerbaijani citizens had traveled to Chechnya for work in May and were arrested due to migration issues. Reports indicate that they were forced to sign documents and sent to the war zone.
