More Than a Month: Trenches on Acharyan Street Are Dug Up, What Is the Reason? Avinyan
Trenches on Acharyan Street have been dug up for quite a prolonged period, what is the reason behind it? This was announced by Yerevan's mayor, Tigran Avinyan, during the latest regulatory meeting of the city council.
It was noted that an accident had occurred in the trenches, necessitating their excavation to rerun optical fiber cables, after which they would be closed again. Avinyan remarked that this situation has persisted for more than a month now: “I ask that we pay as much attention as possible, we cannot leave it in that dug-up state for long. It is well-equipped and good, but nonetheless, it shouldn’t remain like this for so long,” he stated.
